Workforce Success

Geothermal Rising is committed to fostering a collaborative community to create a brighter future for Earth and all its inhabitants. Our organization celebrates and values the unique perspectives and contributions of our members. As a global geothermal non-profit, we embrace the responsibility to promote opportunity, representation, and access across the geothermal industry. Through the Workforce Success Committee, we aim to build a connected and innovative community by encouraging initiatives that empower individuals and elevate the geothermal industry. There is still much work to be done, and as we grow across markets and internationally, Geothermal Rising will continue to prioritize efforts that create opportunities for all within the geothermal community.

A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats

With those goals in mind, we have established a committee of volunteers to lead Geothermal Rising’s efforts and establish our community leadership, metrics, analysis, and guidelines.
